(Junior) Software Engineer Flutter (m/f/d) Mobile App Development

We at MaibornWolff are a German software development partner with around 1,000 people who develop custom software solutions for our clients. Our specialized mobile app division develops modern apps for cars, e-mobility solutions, lawn mowing robots, and other exciting applications. We develop both natively for Android and iOS, as well as cross-platform with Flutter. Your approximately 80 colleagues in the mobile division have many years of experience in both native and cross-platform development. Therefore, you can discuss almost any app topic to your heart's content and fully immerse yourself in mobile app development.

With all the challenges and fun, we must never lose sight of the users. Only in this way can we continuously improve our apps and aim for five-star ratings. Even though it’s not always easy, you surely know the challenge and the joy when it works out.

Your Role

You primarily develop Flutter applications with your project team.
You also might develop native apps, either for iOS or Android, depending on the project and your experience.
You pay attention to code quality and make initial architecture decisions, or at least start thinking solidly about them.
Depending on your skills and opportunities, you can take on other tasks.

Your Profile

You have a degree in computer science, media informatics, or a comparable technical field.
You have already gained solid experience with Flutter.
You have a fundamental interest in native app development.
You have a solid understanding of design patterns, architecture concepts, testing, etc.
You are generally curious about other mobile technologies.
You communicate fluently in English.
